Princess Mundo Imperial Riviera Diamante Acapulco Hotel

I had an amazing stay! The hotel's beachfront location was perfect, allowing for easy access to the beautiful sandy beach. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had an excellent view from the balcony. The hotel facilities, including the 4 pools, were well-maintained and provided a refreshing swimming experience. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes that changed daily. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist with any request.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the airport and with some independent restaurants nearby. The buffet breakfast is awesome and the staff is very attentive. The pool and grounds are well-kept and the service is excellent.

The towels at the pool were difficult to get a hold of due to limited availability.

I recently stayed at Princess Mundo Imperial Riviera Diamante for a week-long vacation. The staff, including Rochelio and Maricella, provided exceptional service and personal attention. The La Perla tower room was clean, updated, and well-appointed. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The beach was easily accessible and had plenty of space. The pools were nice and big, especially the one in the Perla building. The overall experience exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend this hotel.

The place was enchanting and magnificent and the staff were polite, the location was incredible very close to the airport. Everything was perfect, impressive and big room with balcony in front on the beach. Also, I loved how marvellous the location was.

It was legendary hotel and we had a lovely stay. Venue had nice lobby. This hotel was in a safe area near to the ocean, the beach, the sea. Got perfect, bright room with the view to the sea. All of the staff was responsive and charming.

The rooms were huge, it was clean and fairly large venue. The staff was caring and highly courteous, the breakfast offered was inclusive with lots of food.

Pleasant hotel with good facilities in an unbeatable location just off the restaurant. Nice design, excellent service in the entire venue.

We had a great romantic escape at this hotel. the room was spacious and had beautiful ocean views. the location was perfect, just a short distance from the airport and close to the beach. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a shuttle that took us to different nearby attractions.

the check, in process was extremely disorganized and took longer than necessary.

pools are excellent. The attention of the staff . beach is clean. with waves, there are lifeguards who are always on duty, sand is excellent for running,

the price of drinks

The location of the hotel is great as it is close to a mall and a tennis tournament, providing convenience for guests. Furthermore, it is also near the beach, offering easy access to beautiful views and relaxation. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, allowing for a pleasant stay. In addition, the hotel staff provide excellent service, ensuring that guests feel welcome and well taken care of. The breakfast options are delicious, providing a great start to the day. The facilities, such as the pools and restaurants, are well-maintained and offer a variety of options for guests to enjoy.

There is a lack of entertainment in the evenings, with no shows or activities for guests to participate in.

Staff gave or misrepresented restaurant schedules and processes

The hygiene was perfect. They should only be a little stricter within the facilities I observed many people who did not want to wear mouth guards. It is indispensable that they are very strict as this is important and gives confidence to the vacationers

They only had 2 people in reception, for my check in I lasted 30 min in a row. For the 1 hour check out I understand that due to the pandemic situation there are less staff but in these conditions is when it should be faster this type of service to avoid crowding at the reception of the hotel . Additional there should be a type of supervision in the areas of the swimming pools since the people from early went down and separated with their towels chairs and did not attend until late afternoon because they were on the beach. Also because of the situation the capacity of the pools is 25% we reached the pools and we found ourselves with this situation and we could not make use of the facilities thanks to these selfish people

For the coffee machine, make sure to turn on the bedside lamps.

Breakfast was fine. The pools were fine. The room was very comfortable. The service in general was very good.

Restaurants too expensive for what they offered. Italian restaurant was very expensive, two of the dishes were cold (they heated them twice) the service was very slow, two of the dishes were very average (mediocre). air conditioner made too much noise in the room. We had a small medical emergency and staff couldn't direct us. They were not trained or interested in our case. Fortunately, it was not very serious.

Rooms may benefit from upgrades. Toilets may require maintenance. Entry door security could be improved. Tubs might be small. Elevators need better programming. could enhance guest experience.

We loved the variety of amenities and activities, including karaoke and the casino. The staff were attentive and the breakfast buffet was exceptional. The beach and pools were clean and well-maintained.

The hotel felt cozy and there were no reasons to complain.

Room in main building not renovated: old and noisy (evening concerts in the hall until 22:30 - 23:00). Does not correspond to the standard of the hotel. Waiting time in restaurants for breakfast: 30 - 40 minutes. Internet charged 8 usd per day

As longer term business travelers, we were impressed by the extensive range of facilities and activities available at the hotel. The variety of swimming pools, coupled with the beautiful surroundings, provided a perfect environment for relaxation and rejuvenation. Additionally, the hotel offered workshops and activities that catered to our need for personal and professional growth.

We felt completely at home during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

location and view

I had already stayed in this hotel but I think it is too expensive as the quality of and cleaning of the rooms now by the pandemic should be more careful, we arrived at the room there was garbage in the sieve of the bathtub and also when we arrived with our dog wanted to charge 1000 pesos per house day that was there and do not let have it in the pool areas, to pay 1000 per day just to leave it in the room.

Luxury at its finest! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and excellent service. the Spa and wellness centre provided a serene environment for relaxation, with a variety of treatments to choose from. the outdoor swimming pool was a perfect way to unwind under the sun. the extensive restaurant menu offered delicious meals for all tastes, and the dinner was exquisite.

One minor issue was the limited beach access, as it could get crowded during peak times. the indoor and outdoor jacuzzi were available and provided a luxurious experience.
